Download the Yearbook Overall Data Sheet and submit that with your book by one of the deadlines: June 30, September 30 or November 30. If your book is an open forum where students make all content decisions without prior review, download the form for your principal to sign, and you’ll receive a special gold seal on your certificate and the “no prior review” designation.
